Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased from Rankivio.com.

1. Nature of Our Services

Rankivio provides custom digital services (SEO, content writing, campaign management, social media management).
Our work is tailored to each client and not reusable for others, which affects how refunds are managed.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel your order before we start working on your project, you may request a full refund.

  • Work is considered started when we have:

    • allocated time and resources to your project, and

    • begun planning, research, or production.

3. Cancellations After Work Has Started

  • If you cancel after work has started but before the first deliverables are sent, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already carried out.

  • Any costs already incurred (for example, paid tools or non-refundable fees) may be deducted from the refund.

4. After Delivery of Work

  • Once deliverables (such as content, reports, campaign setups or strategy documents) have been provided, or campaigns have been launched, refunds are generally not available, as the service has been performed.

  • If you believe the delivered work does not match what was agreed, please contact us. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer revisions or a fair solution.

5. Ongoing / Monthly Services

For ongoing services (such as monthly SEO, campaign management, or social media retainers):

  • You may cancel future months by giving written notice.

  • Fees that have already been invoiced or paid for the current period are non-refundable, but the service will continue until the end of that period.
