Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy explains how Rankivio delivers its digital marketing services from the moment you place an order to final delivery.

1. No Physical Shipping

Rankivio does not ship any physical products.
All services are delivered digitally by:

  • Email,

  • Shared documents, dashboards or reports, and/or

  • Access to configured accounts (e.g. ad accounts, analytics).

2. Project Start

Your project starts when:

  1. Your order or quote is confirmed and payment is received (unless otherwise agreed), and

  2. You have provided the necessary information, such as:

    • Brief, objectives, and target audience

    • Access to platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads)

    • Any existing materials (brand guidelines, previous campaigns, etc.)

If information is missing, we will contact you at contact@rankivio.com. Delays in providing information may delay the project.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical timelines (to adapt if needed):

  • SEO setup and initial actions: 5–10 business days

  • Content writing (per batch): 5–7 business days

  • Campaign setup and launch: 5–10 business days

  • Social media calendar and first posts: 5–7 business days

Exact timings will be confirmed in your quote, proposal, or onboarding email.
Timelines may be extended if:

  • The scope changes, or

  • Feedback or approvals are delayed.

4. How Delivery Works

Depending on the service, delivery may include:

  • Sending written content or strategy documents by email or shared folder

  • Providing access to ad accounts, campaigns, and reports

  • Confirming that configurations or optimisations have been completed

  • Scheduling future tasks as part of an ongoing plan

You agree to review the deliverables within a reasonable time and inform us of any issues or revision requests.

5. Completion and Approval

A project is considered completed when:

  • The agreed scope of work has been delivered, and

  • Either:

    • you have approved the deliverables, or

    • you do not raise any objections or revision requests within a reasonable period (for example, 7 business days after delivery), depending on the agreement.

After completion, any new work or changes may be treated as a new order.

6. Ongoing Services

For recurring services (SEO retainer, ad management, social media management):

  • Work is carried out continuously according to the plan or package you have chosen.

  • You will receive regular updates and/or reports (for example monthly), detailing what has been done and the results achieved.

If you cancel an ongoing service, it will continue until the end of the paid period, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
